Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Requirement: Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the scheduled service (e.g., listing agreement, property management service).
  • Accepted Methods: Cancellation notices can be submitted via email or certified mail to ensure proper documentation.
  • Cancellation Fees: Depending on the stage of the process, cancellation fees may apply, which will be clearly outlined in the service agreement.

2. Refund Policy

  • Deposits:

    • Refundable Deposits: If the cancellation occurs within the allowed notice period, any refundable deposits will be returned within 14 business days.
    • Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits specified as non-refundable in the agreement will not be returned.
  • Fees for Services Rendered:

    • Any fees for services already performed prior to cancellation (e.g., marketing costs, administrative fees) will be deducted from any refundable amount.
  • Timing of Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation notice.

3. Special Circumstances

  • Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events (natural disasters, etc.), clients may have different cancellation rights, which will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Client Responsibilities: Clients are encouraged to review their contract thoroughly to understand their rights and obligations related to cancellations and refunds.
